What You’ll Be Doing:

• Monitoring multiple financial accounts daily, ensuring full visibility and up-to-date reporting of all balances and transactions – accuracy down to the last cent.

• Tracking and analyzing the financial performance of our game development studios – including revenue monitoring and profitability analysis.

• Managing P&L reports, financial statements, and keeping our cash flow crystal clear.

• Leading annual tax prep for our U.S.-based operations – supporting documentation, filing assistance, and coordination with accountants.

• Processing payments to clients, freelancers, and service providers in a timely and error-free way.

• Controlling office and operational expenses with surgical precision.

• Creating and managing budgets across departments – from forecasting to tracking and adjustment.

• Operating confidently within our internal financial systems – keeping everything organized, compliant, and scalable.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in financial management, accounting, or controlling – ideally in a fast-paced or international environment.

• Deep proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Airtable – you live in formulas and automations.

• Solid understanding of U.S. tax basics (or strong willingness to master it fast).

• Strong attention to detail, self-discipline, and a system-oriented mindset – you're the kind of person who always double-checks.

• English at B2 level or higher – you’ll handle financial docs and communication with international partners.

• Genuine interest in the gaming industry – you’ll be closely working with data from our development studios and shaping strategic decisions.
