Junior Recruiter

Humanops is an international HR agency specializing in recruitment and people operations consulting. We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team. As a Junior Recruiter, you will work closely with experienced recruiter to support and execute hiring projects for our clients.

What you will do:

• Searching for candidates via job boards, social media, and other sources;

• Communicating with candidates, scheduling screening calls;

• Evaluating candidate CVs fit based on criteria;

• Conducting short pre-sreening interviews;

• Assisting in creating and posting job advertisements;

• Maintaining records of candidate interactions and recruiting activities.

• Higher education or final year of study;

• English at Upper-Intermediate level and above;

• Ready to develop in the field of recruitment;

• Good communication skills.
