About the Role

Upon completing the program, you’ll have a unique opportunity to launch your very own game development studio. You’ll enjoy full creative freedom to bring your boldest ideas to life, manage your own team, and oversee every stage of development and business operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of developers and create original Roblox games

• Drive projects from concept to release

• Experiment with and implement strategies to grow your studio and maximize game success

• Learn directly from the best Roblox developers in the industry

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on game development experience

• Strong English skills (the program is in English)

• A real drive to learn, grow, and take on leadership

• Solid organizational and project management skills

• Interest in building and innovating on the Roblox platform

• Bonus points for experience with Roblox Studio and Lua
