Responsibilities:
- Assist with talent recruitment, including resume screening, interview arrangement and onboarding process;
- Responsible for the implementation of human resources policies, assisting managers in implementing daily human resources management, including attendance and vacation management, social insurance, medical insurance, document management, employee maintenance, team building activities, etc.;
- Responsible for daily administrative affairs and material procurement, assisting in administrative expense reimbursement process, managing the site selection or leasing of offices, employee dormitories, vehicles, etc.;
- Assist in customer reception, meeting management, team activity organization and planning, maintenance of company fixed assets and employee visa management, etc.;
- Assume temporary administrative/human resources responsibilities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, more than 3 years of working experience in a company. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, outgoing and enthusiastic, good at listening, with strong customer orientation and service awareness;
- Highly dedicated, practical, detail-oriented, trustworthy;
- Fluency in Russian and Chinese is a plus.
