Large Oil Trading Company seeks to hire a junior lawyer to join its expanding contract legal team. This is a perfect opportunity for a strong candidate to launch his/her legal career with a leading oil trading company.

Responsibilities

• Legal support of business in drafting, reviewing, commenting different contracts for local and external markets under English/International/Russian law (shipping, trading);
• Support on capacity check of international counterparties, including check of authorities of the signatories in multinational jurisdictions;
• Ongoing legal support of general business activity of the company (NDAs, service agreements, etc).

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in law from a top Russian university;
• 4+ year PQE relevant legal experience (after obtaining higher education);
• Good command of English contract law and Russian civil law;
• Background in drafting contracts;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks;
• Ability to prioritize workflow while adhering to deadlines;
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work;
• Fluent English (both oral and written);
• Advance computer skills.
