CRM Marketing Specialist

We are expanding our projects, and we are seeking an Email Marketer to join our CRM marketing team to enhance our webinars.

Требования:

• Manage the email channel in the webinar funnel and launch initial lessons;
• Lead technical tasks related to service integration;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities;
• Analyze and improve the Customer Journey Map (CJM) and user behavior throughout the funnel;
• Conduct multiple tests and experiments to improve performance;
• Create and launch new triggered communication sequences;
• Collect and analyze data based on key metrics.

Обязанности:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM/Email marketing;
• Experience working with at least several of the following tools: MindBox, ExpertSender, or similar;
• Strong technical skills with a basic understanding of SQL, HTML, and XML. Ability to write technical specifications for development;
• Proficiency in building Customer Journey Maps (CJM) and identifying areas for improvement;
• Ability to communicate with colleagues using a data-driven approach.
