Esports Tournament Project
We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the promotion of our esports tournament project and drive audience growth, brand awareness, and engagement across digital channels, marketing campaigns, and promotional events in Europe and Asia.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the project.
- Lead tournament promotion across social media, digital platforms, and content channels.
- Plan and launch campaigns to attract players, fans, and partners.
- Organize and oversee promotional events and brand activations in Europe and Asia.
- Manage the marketing team and coordinate with design, content, PR, partnerships, and operations.
- Drive key performance metrics, including reach, engagement, traffic, registrations, and audience retention.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Build and maintain relationships with local and international partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Head of Marketing, Marketing Lead, or similar leadership role.
- Experience in esports, gaming, event marketing, or digital entertainment is a strong advantage.
- Strong background in building marketing strategies and managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Experience leading teams and external contractors.
- Understanding of international markets, especially Europe and Asia.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- English required; additional languages are a plus.
Preferred Experience
- Marketing experience in esports tournaments or gaming events.
- Experience with influencer marketing, community activation, and partner integrations.
- Knowledge of regional audience behavior and cross-market campaign execution.
