Middle Product Manager ( iGaming)

Responsibilities

• Define and manage global product roadmap aligned with business goals
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, revenue influence and user metrics
• Analyze product funnel (CJM) and identify growth opportunities
• Improve conversion to deposit, retention and LTV
• Optimize payment flows and monitor success rate performance
• Coordinate with platform provider in White Label model
• Lead product initiatives for new GEO launches
• Collaborate with Retention, CRM, Promo and VIP teams
• Work closely with Design & Content for UX improvements
• Drive data-based decision making and hypothesis validation
• Monitor product performance and report impact of releases

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in Product Management
• Experience working with digital products (iGaming / fintech / e-commerce preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and experience with product metrics
• Experience working with funnels, cohorts and performance analysis
• Ability to prioritize based on business impact
• Experience coordinating with external vendors or platform providers
• Understanding of payment systems and conversion optimization
• Structured thinking and ownership mindset
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• English level sufficient for working with platform providers
