About This Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive new business growth and strengthen strategic relationships across the Cyprus and Baltics region. You will represent our solution portfolio and work closely with enterprise customers to support their modernization, security, and performance goals.
You will manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close, while identifying expansion opportunities that help customers scale securely, efficiently, and at the edge.
This role requires commercial drive, technical understanding, and the ability to engage stakeholders from operational teams to executive leadership.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory/account strategy to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Drive new logo acquisition, customer expansion (upsell & cross‑sell), and renewals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outreach and ongoing engagement.
  • Understand customer needs and map them to security, CDN, compute, and zero‑trust solutions.
  • Craft clear, compelling value propositions tailored to customer business requirements.
  • Accurately forecast outcomes through consistent pipeline management and structured next steps.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, ensuring adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Conduct business reviews, analyze usage trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Navigate complex organizations, multi‑thread relationships, and identify new buying centers.
  • Collaborate internally across technical, product, and support teams to ensure an excellent customer experience and voice-of-customer feedback loop.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Fluency in Russian and English.
  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in Enterprise Software, SaaS, cybersecurity, networking, or related technologies.
  • Proven success selling to enterprise and mid‑market customers.
  • Strong experience with new business acquisition and account expansion.
  • Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with cloud security, CDN, WAF, DDoS, or similar solution spaces is highly advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and Internet architecture.
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn advanced concepts, background in engineering or computer science is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial, comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel to meet customers.
