Middle+ / Senior UX Designer

Your Next Agency is Amsterdam-based design and development agency, and we specialize in creating innovative solutions for the medical industry. From designing complex medical software to building engaging websites and platforms, we work on a variety of exciting international projects.

Right now, we're looking for a talented UX Designer to join our fully remote team and help us create exceptional user experiences.

What we expect from you:

• You work independently and take ownership of your projects

• You can lead the design process from discovery to delivery

• You think strategically and balance user needs with business goals

• You ask the right questions and dive deep into the problem

• You base your design decisions on logic and reasoning

• You’re able to go beyond the brief and deliver real value

• You actively improve your skills and stay up to date with trends

• You communicate clearly in English (C1 level or higher – mandatory)

• You feel confident speaking with clients in English

Required skills:

• Figma expert (we love clean, organized files!)

• Organized, systematic, and pragmatic design approach

• Experience building and managing design systems

• Ability to create interactive prototypes

• Understanding of micro-interactions and animation principles

Nice to have:

• Experience creating visual identities and logos

• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility guidelines
