Reservation Agent & Guest Relations

We are a professional company that manages, decorates, and rents apartments for short-term and mid-term stays. Our team works on complete renovation and fit-out projects to prepare properties for premium holiday rentals.

Job Description:
 We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience while managing all aspects of apartment reservations, check-ins, and communications through various platforms — all from a remote work environment.

Employment Terms:
This is a full-time, fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor Airbnb, Booking.com, and WhatsApp for new bookings, messages, and updates
* Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay to ensure satisfaction
* Ensure all pre-arrival documentation is collected and submitted on time
* Collect damage deposits prior to check-in
* Registration guests
* Create and manage support tickets related to guest inquiries and issues
* Update the profile of the Guest in PMS
* Register guests and manage check-in processes according to company procedures
* Resolve all issues related to apartment bookings and guest satisfaction
* Reviewing all Guests on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com
* Maintain a high standard of customer service and act as a positive brand representative
* Coordinate remotely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure apartment readiness

Requirements:
* Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reservations is preferred
* Advance English (written)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
* Familiarity with platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com is highly desirable
* Self-motivated and organized
