Our company is planning to grow rapidly, utilizing opportunities besides our own production facilities at Beleley. We are looking for NPD manager, who should oversee new market opportunities and growth projects, lead the development of Innovation projects from the initial ideation stage till the moment of activation, including work with imported products and co-packers.

Main Activities:

• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
• Monitor and evaluate industry trends and consumer drivers, to form innovation strategy and pipeline for 2-5 years together with the marketing team. Manage the assessment and prioritization of existing and proposed innovation opportunities for all brands
• Lead innovation process for projects with import and co-packers, from ideation stage till the activation / launch. Collaborate with cross functional partners to establish product profile, validate with consumers, finalize marketing mix, validate financial effectiveness and prepare for the commercial launch

• Together with Quality and Supply chain departments search for potential business opportunities, select partners in Russia and abroad for potential partnerships (import, co-manufacturing, co-packing) in line with company’s strategy.
• Partner with Global Strategic Insights team, Global and Local marketing leadership, Global R&D to develop, screen and validate new product opportunities

Education / Experience / Knowledge and skills:

• Higher education in Marketing/ Management/ Economics/Food industry
• Min. 3-5 years’ experience in Innovation Marketing / NPD / commercialization
• Experience in FMCG sector is a must, preferable food / dairy
• Experience in projects with Co-Manufactures / Сo-packers / Import would be an advantage

• Active user MS Office (Excel, Power Point).
• Fluency in English (both writing and verbal), French is an advantage.
• Strong project management skills and ownership, ability to lead cross-functional teams, incl. distant participants.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to find the right way of communication for various personality types and seniority levels.
• Good analytical skills (sees connection in data, trends, quickly analyzes complex problems)
• Good understanding for NPD process and production cycle in food industry.
• Good knowledge of project management tools (process & timings trackers,
• Good understanding of P&L, S&OP cycle.
• Understanding of market / consumer research.
• Strong presentation skills, ability to present to senior leaders.
