Senior Lawyer (Commodity trading)

International Commodity Trading Company is looking for experienced contract lawyer with professional background in commodities trading transactions. The candidate is expected to be pro-active in guiding the business on legal matters and substantial transactional involvement.

The following responsibilities are key:
- Providing legal support to the commodities trading business;
- Drafting, arrangement of reviewing within a working group, negotiation of transaction documentation (sale and purchase contracts);
- Interacting with the commodity sales team to address legal issues as arise in day-to-day trading activities.

Qualifications/Personal Attributes:
- The candidate should be experienced in international contract law, English law;
- International LLM degree would be a plus;

- Background in commodities trading transactions;
- Knowledge of maritime law would be a plus;
- Should be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
