Lead UI/UX Designer

Your Responsibilities:

– Lead a team of UI/UX designers, develop their skills, and elevate their expertise;

– Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, balancing business goals and end-user needs;

– Build design systems and ensure their consistency across all platforms;

– Collaborate with developers, product managers, and clients to identify and deliver optimal solutions;

– Conduct research, test hypotheses, and enhance user experience using data-driven insights;

– Contribute to the company’s design strategy, adopt industry best practices, and establish process workflows;

– Implement UX testing to validate and refine design solutions.

What We Expect From You:

– 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer, including in a leadership role;

– Deep understanding of usability principles, product design, and user experience fundamentals;

– Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design and prototyping tools;

– Experience creating and maintaining design systems;

– Skills in conducting UX research, usability testing, and analytics;

– Experience working in outsourcing companies or on projects for diverse clients is a plus;

– Ability to articulate design decisions and balance business objectives with user needs;

– Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams;

– English language proficiency sufficient for collaboration with international clients.
