Grapic Design Team Lead

We are looking for Graphic Designer Team Lead to join our team.

• Development and implementation of the project's design strategy.
• Maintaining a consistent visual style for the brand.
• Leading the graphic design team within the project: hiring, development, and support of team members; providing feedback; and managing outsourced staff.
• Ensuring quality control and meeting deadlines for project tasks.
• Generating ideas and concepts to drive project growth.
• Creating and maintaining design guidelines.
• Collaborating with related departments to develop integrated solutions.
• Continuously monitoring design trends and integrating new approaches into workflows.
• Presenting creative concepts to clients, defending ideas, and explaining design decisions.
• Optimizing internal processes within the design team to improve efficiency.
• Planning team workload and preparing reports on completed work.
• Defining and allocating resources for project launch, development, and support in alignment with business goals.

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role (Lead Designer, Art Director, Creative Director).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Solid knowledge of 3D software: Blender 3D, Cinema 4D.
• Ability to work with AI tools.
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems and brand guidelines.
• Deep understanding of typography, composition, color theory, visual hierarchy, and animation principles.
• Knowledge of print and digital production processes.
• Strong understanding of web design and web technologies.
• Well-developed project and team management skills: ability to set tasks, manage timelines, and ensure quality.
• Excellent communication skills: ability to justify design decisions and negotiate with stakeholders.
• A portfolio showcasing comprehensive visual solutions, marketing materials, and branding projects.
