1. Wholesale supplies management

• Stock analysis
• Reorders + back orders
• Bestsellers vs slow movers
• Invoices
• Matrix proposal + suggested assortment
• Sell-out data
• Data preparation for selections and selection support
• Pre-order control and follow-up
• ABC analysis
• Discounts season and loyalty
• Stop list for disconfirmed models
• Actual reserve control
• Actual order portfolio control
• Actual BT efficiency control, % of air order

2. 1C Base management +BTB

• SKU correction in system, item cards
• Client cards: discounts, CRM
• Individual agreement by client

3. 1C new project implementation

• Set of repots for Rep- to create, to adjust, train and control (invoice report, reserve report, past due report/payments, WH report, forecast report by clients)
• Set of reports for procurement: bank order vs Sales vs WH report
• Set of reports for daily analysis
• New order system (block air orders, block definite orders, allocation process)
• Data security
• CRM client cards

• Высшее образование
• Опыт работы в fashion retail
• Знание 1С, Excel
• Знание основных методов бизнес-анализа (ABC, SKU и т.п.)
• Отличные аналитические способности, внимательность к деталям
• Английский язык - продвинутый уровень - обязательное требование

• Уровень зарплаты обсуждается индивидуально с успешным кандидатом
