a) Carry out relevant construction management through project pipeline construction management software;
b) Participate in project construction bidding;
c) Participate in the review of construction execution plan and major/special construction plans related to pipeline construction;
d) Review and familiarize yourself with pipeline professional construction drawings, participate in drawing review and design handover, and guide the professional construction organization according to design documents and specifications;
e) Responsible for on-site technology, HSE, quality, construction management and coordination of pipeline specialty;
f) Responsible for reviewing pipeline professional manpower and tool demand plan;
g) Review pipeline professional construction technology, quality and safety plan;
h) Solve pipeline professional construction technology, quality and safety problems;
i) Supervise and guide the construction of key control links;
j) Review the engineering quantity of pipeline professional drawings, be responsible for approving the material demand plan of the construction contractor, and sign the qualified process technical data submitted by the construction subcontractor;
k) Verify and confirm the completed engineering quantity reported by the construction subcontractor;
l) Supervise and review the construction plans submitted by construction subcontractors;
m) Review on-site changes and claims of construction subcontractors;
n) Prepare weekly and monthly reports for pipeline engineers.
o) Responsible for preparing project cases, monthly work reports, and annual summaries for this profession;
p) Participate in the implementation of the project start-up conditions for this profession; construction organization and coordination within the scope of the profession; professional construction progress management;
q) Participate in the feasibility review and 3D model review during the project construction phase;

• Bachelor degree or above
• More than 3 years working experience in Russian projects
• Familiar with Russian petrochemical project management process and ISO 9001 quality management system
• With strong English communication skills
• Strong professional management and coordination skills,
• Strong stress resistance, able to withstand pressure at work
• Good communication and cooperation skills
