Hotel General Manager

Sea Breeze Resort & Residences is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the tourism and hospitality direction of a large-scale, multi-property, mixed-use destination.
The CEO will be responsible for strategic leadership, commercial performance, operational excellence, and brand consistency across all hospitality and residential assets within the Sea Breeze destination.

Reporting Line & Organizational Scope:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will report directly to the Cluster CEO of Sea Breeze Resort & Residences and will consolidate full leadership, accountability, and performance management across the following functions:

• Tourism & Hospitality Sales (B2B / B2C)
• Tourism & Hospitality Marketing and Distribution
• Revenue Management & Analytics
• Hospitality Operations, Reservations & Booking
• Legal, Finance & Accounting functions.

Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years of experience in hospitality or tourism, including 7–10 years in executive leadership roles
• Experience managing mixed-use hospitality assets and large-scale resort or destination projects
• Strategic, commercial, and financial leadership with full P&L responsibility
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations, governance, and compliance
• Readiness for relocation
• Fluency English
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
