Sales Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership and Team Management.
• Ownership of the local Commercial and Supply planning.
• Lead Sales Automation in Russia.
• Manage Customer Service and Sales support function.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales operations, sales planning, supply chain, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, BPMsoft, or other relevant CRM platforms).
• Data Interpretation: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve sales performance, profitability, and efficiency.
• English knowlege C1 - Advanced level.

Requirements:

• Employment contract under the Russian Labor Code (ТК РФ).

• Private health insurance (DMS) after the probation period.

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
