Loan Processor Position

We are looking for a responsible and organized Loan Processor to handle investment mortgage transactions (DSCR / hard money loans). The specialist will manage transactions from the moment the application is received until closing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collecting and verifying transaction documents

• Processing the borrower’s application

• Verifying entity documents if the borrower is an LLC

• Liaising with title and escrow companies

• Verifying the purchase contract

• Coordinating insurance coverage

• Ordering and monitoring the property appraisal

2. Preparation of the loan file

• Review of DSCR calculations

• Analysis of the rent schedule and market rent

• Property analysis

• Verification of LTV and LTC ratios

3. Interaction with third parties

• Appraisal companies

• Title company

• Insurance broker

• Escrow officer

4. Preparing the transaction for closing

• Reviewing the closing statement

• Monitoring compliance with funding conditions

• Preparing the final set of documents for closing the transaction

Requirements:

• Experience with investment real estate in the U.S. market is a huge advantage

• Understanding of DSCR calculations

• Experience with title and escrow

• Experience working with appraisal companies

• Experience in private lending, mortgage brokerage, or related fields

• English proficiency at the B2–C1 level (fluent spoken and written)

Required skills:

• Proficient in Excel

• Experience with CRM/LOS systems (LoanPro, LendingPad, Arive, or similar)

• Experience with DocuSign

• Experience with Dropbox / Google Drive

What we offer:

• Remote work schedule: 7 AM – 2 PM Los Angeles time

• Timely pay: $1,500 - $4,000 (base salary + KPI)
