Finance and Accounting Supervisor

Job Description

Accounting functions

- Build-up & manage accounting control system to ensure the accounting jobs of company in compliance with the accounting principles & government law and respond to issue financial & internal reports accurately, timely and sufficiently

- Responsible for ensuring that all accounting and tax records are properly kept, and reports and filings are done in compliance with accounting and legal regulations, standards, policies and procedures (Banking/ AP/ AR/ JV)

- Responsible for full sets of accounts, month-end close reporting.

- Work with external and internal auditors to prepare audited financial statements and ensure reliability of the reports

- Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow, management reporting for submission to HQ

Budgeting

- Together work with Finance Director to preparation of Annual Budgets (including Cash Flow Budget)

- Review expenses and conduct analysis of operating expenses and budget variances with supported reasons

Administrative Functions

• HR management including preparation of payroll, SSO, etc. to the relevant regulators.
• Monitoring, renewing and extension all company legal papers within statutory deadlines
• Others as assigned by supervisor

- Report directly to Finance Director

- Any reports & tasks are assigned by Finance Director

Job Requirement

- Graduated Bachelor Degree major in accounting

- At least 3-5 years’ experience in the position of Accounting and Finance manager in foreign companies

- Having experience in trading company

- Having experience in related transaction between parent and subsidiary company / transfer pricing law

- Fluent English skills (both written and verbal)

- Have strong ownership: Organized, high responsibility, high commitment & result-oriented

- Knowledge of Russian financial law including tax legislation

- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
