After-Hours Account Manager (Web3 / Crypto)

Motion Trade is a Dubai-based crypto market maker specializing in liquidity provision, market stability, and token launch support. Our team has experience across 5,000+ token launches and currently supports 500+ active clients worldwide.

Right now we’re looking for an After-Hours Account Manager to support our clients during evening hours on weekdays (Monday to Friday, 19:00–23:00 MSK) and extended hours on weekends (Saturday & Sunday, 08:00–00:00 MSK).

What you’ll do:

• Monitor client trading activity and step in with support when needed

• Communicate with clients and assist them with platform-related inquiries

• Help resolve complex client requests and ensure a smooth client experience

• Continuously develop your knowledge in finance, trading, and blockchain technologies

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in crypto or trading and a solid understanding of financial markets

• Fluent Russian and English (C1+)

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex client requests

• Discipline, adaptability, and a client-oriented mindset
