System Administrator / DevOps Engineer

VILLACARTE GROUP is an international group of companies founded in 2012. Our portfolio includes premium real estate development projects (Layan Green Park, LaVista Villas, Layan Verde), VillaCarte Agency, the proptech project Sabai, and La Green Hotel.

We are looking for a System Administrator / DevOps Engineer to support and develop our internal infrastructure and digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Administration and support of Google Workspace

• Management and maintenance of Linux servers

• Support and development of internal AI-based products

• Container management using Docker

• Administration of databases (PostgreSQL, SQLite)

• Monitoring system performance and ensuring reliability and security

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or DevOps Engineer

• Strong experience with Linux environments

• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration

• Understanding of modern technology trends, including AI tools and integrations

• Willingness to work remotely within GMT+7 timezone (start between 8:00–11:00) or relocate to Phuket

Nice to Have

• Experience with backup systems administration

• Familiarity with K3s / Kubernetes

• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with cloud providers (preferably Cloudflare)
