Paralegal

We are international Multi Family Office is looking for a Paralegal to join our legal team!

What will you do?
•Assist lawyers in preparing and managing legal documentation (contracts, corporate documents, memorandums)
•Support corporate procedures (company registration, amendments, preparation of charters, protocols)
•Interact with government authorities, notaries, banks, and counterparties
•Monitor legislative changes, prepare reviews and recommendations
•Maintain document management and support compliance processes.
