What will you be doing?

✔ Attract and onboard the best specialists – organize a full recruitment cycle: from search to successful team integration, ensuring comfortable adaptation for new employees.

✔ Build effective communications – establish and improve interaction between employees, managers, and departments, creating a clear and transparent internal communication system.

✔ Develop and train personnel – plan and implement internal and external training programs, enhance employee competencies, and help the team grow professionally.

✔ Coordinate employee interactions and records – manage HR documentation for both in-house and remote employees, monitor the execution of management directives, and track team performance indicators.
