SMM Manager (Remote)

We are a top-3 venture investor on Roblox, managing 350+ successful projects and showing a 16x revenue growth in just six months. Now we’re going global — and we’re looking for a talented SMM Manager to build and grow our international brand presence from the ground up.

This is a fully remote role — work from anywhere, as long as you bring the energy, the creativity, and strong English skills (B2+ minimum).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Creating and executing our English-language content strategy with a strong focus on brand development.

• Designing and managing the company’s corporate LinkedIn page — structure, visual identity, positioning, and updates.

• Setting up and maintaining our employer branding presence on platforms like HeadHunter (hh.ru) — making sure our company looks like the dream place to work.

• Writing in-depth articles, case studies, and press materials in English about our key launches, collaborations, and project successes.

• Pitching and distributing these materials to relevant media outlets, platforms, and communities to increase visibility and reputation.

• Collaborating with the founder and internal teams to extract stories worth telling — and shaping them into engaging narratives.

• Measuring the performance of content efforts and continuously improving tone, format, and targeting.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in SMM, content creation, or brand communications (preferably in tech or gaming).

• Copywriting and storytelling skills in English (B2 level or higher — you’ll be writing, editing, and publishing content solo).

• Proactive, independent, and organized — you know how to own your tasks and deliver without hand-holding.

• Bonus if you’ve built a company or personal brand from scratch or written for media platforms.
