Обязанности:

Strong technical skills and experiences in strategic and tactical mine planning, mine optimization, grade control and trade-off analysis
Strong knowledge of mining software and optimization (Deswik, Surpac, Datamine, Whittle)
A thorough understanding of the stages of engineering/studies
In-depth understanding of the processes of expertise and obtaining permits in mining in the Russian Federation
Knowledge in pit optimization and design, including but not limited to load & haul (Deswik.LHS), pit and dump design and planning and other activities related to open pit mining
Deep understanding of organizational and technical measures aimed at improving the efficiency of mining, reducing costs and increasing the efficiency of the asset;
Understanding the process of selecting an optimal fleet of mining equipment and SMU sizes
Knowledge of JORC code
Able to demonstrate strategic planning, problem-solving and communication skills
Strong presentation and report writing skills.
Understanding and ability to provide due diligence processes
Advanced English
Strong leadership qualities

Требования:

+15 years of mining industry experience with +5 years of experience in strategic/long-term and short-term planning functions
Experience as a business unit (BU) long-term planning engineer or BU Chief Mine Engineer
Experience in cost modelling and participation in risk management processes
Project and due diligence experience is advantageous
Strong background in gold, with experience in base metals advantageous
Proven experience in mining projects, operational or technical improvements of mines
Proven experience in training and developing mining engineers
Ideally, with both open pit and underground experience.
