Investment analyst

​​​​​​​Apollax Management is looking for an investment analyst to join our team. Apollax Management is an investment company managing real estate portfolio. We focus on investments of up to $100 million primarily in commercial real estate.

Your responsibilities:

• You will support the team during all stages of investment process by:
  • Building and updating detailed financial models
  • Drafting investment memos and presentations
  • Assisting with due diligence
• You will explore the real estate market by conducting investment research related to Apollax Management portfolio, emerging investment areas, and additional topics;
• You will be engaged in managing public offerings (bonds placement, IPO, Pre-IPO) of Apollax Management portfolio companies;
• You will be supporting financial team of Apollax Management in day-to-day operations of current portfolio.

​​​​​​​Candidates will have and/or be able to demonstrate:

• An interest in and commitment to pursuing a career in investment management;
• High GPA from TOP-tier university in economics, finance, areas of mathematics;
• At least 2 years of experience in IB / PE / VC / Big 3 / Big 4 / Banks / Top tier real estate agencies;
• Strong financial modelling and investment presentation skills;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• Good understanding of corporate finance and accounting;
• Native Russian and fluent English;
• Intellectual curiosity as well as excellent research and critical thinking skills;
• Top-quality oral and written communication skills with an ability to synthesize large amounts of data and information in a clear and concise manner;
• Proactivity, self-motivation and leadership;
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
• Ability to work extra hours on demand
• CFA candidacy and passed exams is an advantage.
