Sales Agent (English + German/Italian/Polish)

We are currently looking for candidates for the position of Sales agent. We work exclusively with foreign markets, so we are considering candidates who have a high level of proficiency in English and other foreign languages (German/Italian/Polish) at a B2 level or higher.

Your responsibilities will be:

● Making incoming / outgoing calls to our clients worldwide;
● Active telephone sales (without cold calls and customer search);
● Informing about the company’s events, promotions etc.;
● Order processing;
● Immersing yourself in the processes, questions and concerns of the customer. To be successful, you need to become an expert in the product, not just sell, but offer the best solutions.

Requirements:

● Fluency in English and German or Italian;
● Competent speech, ability to negotiate on the phone;
● Ability to work with information, search, remember and understand how to apply in work;
● Confident PC user (experience with CRM systems is a plus);
● Desire to learn, develop in the field of sales, focus on results;
● The ability to analyze and understand promptly information, the company’s goals, the specifics of the field.
