About the Job

We are looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing sales interactions, including phone calls and Zoom sales meetings, to ensure high standards of communication, service quality, and sales performance.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in sales quality control, call center monitoring, or customer service evaluation, who want to develop their career within an international environment and modern remote sales teams.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and review sales calls and Zoom meetings conducted by the sales team.
• Evaluate sales performance based on quality standards and communication guidelines.
• Identify mistakes in sales conversations, client communication, and service delivery.
• Provide structured feedback and improvement recommendations to the sales team.
• Analyze call recordings and prepare quality reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company sales processes and customer service standards.
• Support the team in improving conversion rates, communication quality, and client experience.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Quality Control, call monitoring, or sales/customer service evaluation.
• Experience analyzing sales calls, call center interactions, or video sales meetings.
• Ability to identify sales mistakes and service gaps and provide constructive feedback.
• English and Russian proficiency (written and spoken) – minimum Upper-Intermediate.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with international teams or markets is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Salary: USD 500 per month (part-time).
