We are an international airline, rapidly growing our market share in the Russian market. We are looking for a self organized and highly motivated individual, who can cope with the work pressure and constant market changes, who is self confident, able to think out of the box and being passionate about his job. Sales Executive will report to Sales Manager Russia. We are seeking for Russian speaking candidate!

Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media, personal meetings
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Participate in webinars, workshops, exhibitions and conferences
  • Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Requirements and skills: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Thorough understanding or marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sale
  • Self-motivated and a result-driven approach
