The Firm

TA Legal Consulting is a law firm specializing in corporate matters as well as in resolution of commercial disputes. We assist clients in Russia and abroad with cross-border matters under Russian and English law. Our key team members have over 10 years of experience in international law firms and have advised on the most complex transactions on the market. All our lawyers and staff speak English fluently.

Job Description:

You will cooperate directly with Partners / Associates and Consultants of the firm, assisting them with various matters in corporate and litigation realm. The work will also require preparation of different reviews on different matters of Russian and foreign law as well as on actual case law. You will deal with Russian government authorities and notaries on client matters.

Due to international focus of the Firm, English will be your equally important working language on a daily basis.

Required Skills

• Fluent English, including legal English;
• Higher (incomplete higher) legal education;
• Ability to analyze the legislation and case law on various issues;
• Preparation of legal documents in Russian and English;
• Keeping up to date with news, publishing reviews on the website, writing articles on topical issues;
• Written translation from/into English and proofreading of translations;
• Communicating with clients via e-mail and messengers;
• Interaction with judicial and other state authorities;
• Ability to take initiative; and
• Ability to learn and to develop in the field.

Working conditions:
