Country Manager (MENA: Lebanon, Palestine, Syria)

Work format: Office-based (Limassol / Belgrade / Moscow / St. Petersburg), flexible schedule 9:00–11:00, 5/2
Probation period: 2–3 months

Responsibilities:

• Lead the region and the team

• Launch and oversee local payment solutions

• Implement quality standards and KPIs

• Execute strategy, marketing initiatives, and develop partnerships

• Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in management roles or launching new regions

• Understanding of payment systems, BI analytics, and marketing tools

• Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking

• English B2+ (mandatory), Russian B2+, Arabic C1

Relocation:

• to relocate to Serbia or Cyprus within 3–6 months
