Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director of C&C to include filing, typing, computer input, phone coverage, maintenance of account files and various department logs
  • Handling the Director’s schedule
  • Arranging business trips (booking tickets, reserving hotels, preparing visas), meetings, visits, social events
  • Maintaining contacts with clients, partners and visitors in order to provide necessary services (required information, setting meetings)

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as a personal assistant in western company
  • Any work experience in hotel business is a plus
  • Excellent PC skills
  • Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
