CONDITIONS:

• Base Salary: $1000 to $1600 per month, + performance-based bonuses( 8-10-12%) without unrealistic targets (as a good sales company we want employees to understand that bonus should be more then fixed salary)
• Work schedule is from 8 am to 5pm (Mon-Fri) NOT REMOTELY!!!!!
• Free training and support in every stage of the work
• Comfortable A Class office

REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong sales, retention and RECOVERY skills. working exp in the same industry

- knowledge in crypto , blockchain, understanding of financial products and services, ability to handle objections effectively

- Fluent English/ Japanese/ Korean/ German language

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Effective Communication with Warm Clients

- Investment Advice: Ask questions to understand investors' goals and guide them through the investment process

-Proposal Development: Drafting and Presenting Investment Proposals
