Who we are looking for and why

Over the past year, we have grown more than 2x and our growth continues. In this context, we are looking for a Head of PMO to build and continuously evolve the company’s project portfolio management system and establish a predictable project delivery cadence. We expect you to design, set up, and implement an integrated framework combining methodology, IT tooling, and quality control so that the company can consistently meet commitments to clients and internal stakeholders, forecast resource demand reliably, and identify deviations early enough to turn them into effective countermeasures.

Requirements

- at least 2 years of experience leading a PMO and managing a portfolio of client projects

- strong knowledge of multiple project management methodologies, with hands-on cases of designing and implementing hybrid methodologies

- experience working with make-to-order systems and a solid understanding of how they differ from classical project management approaches

- experience in organizational change management; familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR)

- proven experience implementing IT-based project/ portfolio management systems and driving their adoption to a disciplined, execution-level practice

- experience working in fast-growing, scaling organizations

- strong client-facing experience: handling challenging situations, managing change requests, and providing constructive pushback on requirements when needed

- experience leading a team of 10 or more Project Managers

- English proficiency at C1 level

Nice to have

- leads the design and implementation of MRP/ MRO systems integrated with production schedules and cross-functional teams

- drives data-driven project management practices, including data-based resource planning, delivery predictability, quality metrics, throughput, and flow efficiency

- facilitates online workshops, planning sessions, and strategic discussions
