HR Specialist/ Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Create job ads according to the job profile, clarify and confirm job profiles with line managers.
• Arrange interviews and support full recruitment process.
• Support all HR initiatives, systems and take part in HR-processes.
• Maintain an efficient reporting.

Requirements:

• Higher education
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment
• English level: upper-intermediate or advanced
• Smart, active, flexible person
• Willing to develop in HR areas
