• Development of brand visual identity.
• Maintaining a coherent visual system (guidelines, brand book).
• Ensuring consistency of visual style across all communication channels.

Communication and Digital Design

• Design of presentations, media kits, and other materials with a focus on conveying meaning.
• Creation of website visuals and web layouts (responsive: desktop, mobile, tablet).
• Social media design: posts, covers, banners, stories.
• Creation of visuals for videos, animations, and motion content (within design concepts).

• Assembling and launching landing pages in CMS/no-code platforms based on design layouts, taking into account adaptability.

Marketing and offline communications

• Custom merchandise design.
• Conference and event booth design.
• Creation of printed event materials (brochures, flyers, posters, POS materials).

What You Bring

• Ability to work with brand meanings, positioning, and marketing objectives.

• Understanding that design is a tool for communication and influence, not just aesthetics.

• Ability to adapt visual solutions to different channels and audiences.

• Experience in communication design (at least 2 years), preferably in agencies or international projects.

• Knowledge of Adobe packages (Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign), Figma.

• Understanding of print layout processes Understanding of UX/UI is a big plus

• English (B2) or higher.
