About Us
Global Spa Talent is an international spa recruitment and consulting company specializing in staffing for spa and wellness projects worldwide. We help spa owners and hotel wellness departments hire qualified specialists and implement service standards that improve guest experience and increase revenue.
We build long-term client relationships and are looking for a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to grow with us.
Responsibilities

Manage incoming client requests for staffing (Thai Spa specialists)

Sell consulting and operational support services for spa & beauty businesses

Build long-term relationships with spa owners and decision-makers

Develop new strategic partnerships (hotel groups, spa operators, agencies, investors)

Conduct calls, identify needs, prepare offers, negotiate, and close deals

Maintain CRM pipeline and report results
Requirements
-
B2B sales / business development experience (hospitality/spa/wellness is a plus)

English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+)

Strong client communication: build trust and rapport

Ability to shape demand, handle objections, and negotiate confidently

High initiative, self-management, and results-driven mindset
