About the project:
International fintech company, ranking among the TOP-3 in the digital lending market in India. Automation and a data-driven approach are the foundation of rapid business growth.

💪 What you will do:

• Digitization and optimization of business processes (funnels, marketing, channels).

• Applied analytics for top management.

• Developing reports in Power BI, writing complex SQL queries.

• Automation of ETL processes (Python is a plus).

🔎 We are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in analytics (Data/Product Analyst).

• Leadership experience or mentoring.

• Fluent English (daily communication with the team).

• Strong SQL, Power BI/DAX.
