Head of Logistics (Industrial Sector)

This position offers a hybrid work format and leadership over a team of more than 10 employees. For candidates relocating from another region, the company is prepared to provide housing compensation.

Objectives

• Oversee the efficient management of international and domestic logistics.

• Develop logistics chains utilizing various transport modes, including air, sea, rail, and road freight.

• Manage the current pool of contractors to optimize transportation and achieve target delivery metrics.

• Collaborate with business and functional leaders on all key logistics matters.

• Build an effective organizational structure and foster the professional growth of the team.

Expectations

• 5+ years of experience in a senior logistics management role.

• Relevant experience in organizing international transportation of complex technical products or equipment (import and export).

• Higher education.

• Creative problem-solving skills.

• English proficiency is a strong advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
