About the Company

We are an international retail company in the children’s goods and toys segment, developing a network of retail stores with a strong focus on international retail standards, high service quality, and a sustainable operational model.

The company is in an active growth and scaling phase, with a strategic focus on the Middle East market. In this context, we are strengthening our management team and are looking for a strong A-player level Head of Retail Network who will take full responsibility for the operational management and development of the toy store network.

Role Objective

To build and strengthen the operational system of the children’s retail store network, ensure stable performance, drive business growth, and implement unified management standards across the network.

Key Requirements (Mandatory)

  • Willingness to relocate to Dubai.

  • Mandatory experience specifically in children’s retail stores / toy retail networks.

  • English language proficiency at C1 level (full professional fluency).

Professional Requirements

  • Experience in network retail within toys or children’s goods.

  • Background in large international or federal retail chains such as Hamleys, Toys“R”Us, Early Learning Centre, Detsky Mir, or comparable brands.

  • Proven hands-on experience managing multiple retail stores simultaneously.

  • Strong people management skills, including managing store managers and frontline teams.

  • Deep understanding of:

    • merchandising and visual standards;

    • assortment management and product matrix;

    • store economics and performance metrics;

    • sales processes, customer service, and customer journey.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with KPIs and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full operational management of the children’s retail store network.

  • Control and achievement of sales plans and key performance indicators.

  • Implementation and control of store operating standards.

  • People management: goal setting, performance control, and leadership development.

  • Analysis of store performance and implementation of improvement initiatives.

  • Control of merchandising, assortment, and brand standards.

  • Participation in new store openings and network expansion.

  • Close collaboration with the head office and company owners.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a strong retail leader who:

  • has proven experience in children’s retail;

  • understands how a network retail business operates;

  • can build processes and effectively manage numbers and people;

  • is ready to take full responsibility for results and network growth.
