Who we are looking for and why

We're looking for a Financial Manager to join our fast-growing international startup. Your main focus will be optimizing management accounting and streamlining financial processes in a rapidly scaling environment. If you’re equally comfortable developing strategies and rolling up your sleeves to implement them, this role is for you.

Must-have skills:

- Degree in Finance or Economics

- 2+ years of management accounting experience (P&L, CF, BS, etc.)

- Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills

- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis

- Proven ability to optimize financial processes, including payroll across multiple geographies

- Experience defining functional requirements for financial automation

- Analytical reporting skills

- Fluent spoken and written English and Russian languages

- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to spot patterns in data

Nice to Have:

- Background in top-tier consulting is a big plus

- Experience in startups or international companies in growth phases

- Hands-on involvement in cost optimization and cash flow efficiency projects
