AI Engineer (web agents)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain AI Models: Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models using frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.

• Data Processing: Utilize ETL processes to gather, clean, and preprocess data using tools like Pandas and NumPy to ensure high-quality inputs for machine learning algorithms.

• Reinforcement Learning: Lead or contribute to projects involving RL techniques, supporting the development of intelligent, adaptive systems.

• Testing and Validation: Conduct experiments to validate model performance and enhance accuracy through iterative testing and evaluation.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into production-grade applications.

• Documentation: Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation of code, processes, and project developments to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.

Core Skills

• Python Expertise: Proficiency in Python 3.x with strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

• Data Manipulation: Experience with ETL pipelines and data tools such as Pandas and NumPy.

• Machine Learning Frameworks: Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Gym, or similar ML/RL frameworks.

• Reinforcement Learning: Understanding of RL concepts and their application in real-world systems.

• Prompt Engineering: Ability to craft effective prompts for common AI tools using techniques such as sequential prompting, role-playing personas, and iterative refinement.

• AI APIs: Hands-on experience with APIs such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLM ecosystems.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Web3 / Blockchain Experience:

  • Familiarity with blockchain technology from a user or developer perspective.

  • Understanding of how Web3 concepts can intersect with AI.

• NLP Experience: Knowledge of NLP techniques, large language models (LLMs), and libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers.

• Crypto-Native Mindset: Comfort working in ecosystems that integrate crypto tools, token utilities, or decentralized applications.

Qualifications
