Affiliate Manager

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to lead the launch and development of affiliate operations in the India market.

This is a key role for a motivated professional who is ready to build strong partnerships with influencers, content creators, and digital agencies, and contribute to the long-term growth of a new market.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and develop the affiliate program in the Indian market, specifically targeting the Hindi-speaking audience.

• Identify, recruit, and manage affiliates, influencers, YouTubers, and marketing partners within this region.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships through consistent communication and support.

• Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports.

• Provide marketing guidance and optimization strategies to partners.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on regional brand development initiatives.

Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in Hindi (written and spoken) is mandatory.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or influencer management is an advantage.

• Confident use of remote work tools (Google Workspace, CRM systems, communication platforms, etc.).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
