Position Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled Web Developer with a strong SEO focus to join our marketing and web team. This role combines front-end development with SEO strategy — ensuring our websites are fast, optimized, and ready to dominate search rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, update, and maintain WordPress and custom websites with SEO best practices in mind.
• Optimize website performance for speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience.
• Implement on-page SEO: meta tags, schema markup, internal linking, and structured data.
• Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to ensure all sites meet current algorithm and UX standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform regular audits, and improve crawlability and site health.
• Stay current on web development trends, Google updates, and SEO technologies.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in web development preferred
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP.
• Proven experience implementing on-page and technical SEO improvements.
• Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
• A proactive mindset and a passion for helping businesses grow online.
