О себе

I have an extensive (over ten years) technical background in different positions in large telecom companies regardless of humanitarian education. I worked with internal users and companies' Russian and English-speaking clients. In 2014, I studied Project management at courses in Moscow and began to apply Agile in Contact Center projects that I coordinated from 2013 to 2017. In 2017 the whole branch of my company was retrenched due to reorganization. Since that time mostly, I have worked remotely and in the office as a Russian and English-speaking Technical and Customer Support Specialist. I constantly looked for ways to learn new tools and skills (for example, SQL), leveraging my knowledge in new industries - retail and real estate. In 2020 I started to practice Business Analysis as a self-employed consultant in EasyPay (Pintar Ventura), a fintech company from Indonesia - I worked there as a Business Analyst and Project Manager at the same time. I defined user stories and depicted customer journey maps, eliciting and prioritizing the high-level and low-level requirements, creating different types of documentation (such as User Stories, Requirements lists, and specifications), helping create UI mockups and prototypes in Figma. It allowed me not only to explore the new domain but also to discover and develop necessary skills. Besides to C1 level English at the moment, I study German (have Goethe-Zertifikat A1). ———— I live in Russia for now, but I am moving to Germany soon
